For a number of years, J. Hvidtved Larsen has executed an ambitious growth strategy and increased earnings. This has generated a need for regular sourcing of new and skilled employees to ensure continued success. A key element of the cooperation between J. Hvidtved Larsen and People & Performance has been to recruit the right people to create the desired progress and to secure a solid foundation consisting of the right profiles with the right competences.

J. Hvidtved Larsen var klar over, at de ikke kunne rekruttere via de normale kanaler, hvis momentum i forandringen skulle sikres. De ønskede derfor at indgå i et samarbejde med People & Performance for at identificere og motivere de bedste i branchen og korte procestiden fra en kandidat blev kontaktet til en kontrakt var underskrevet ned.

J. Hvidtved Larsen knew that it would not be possible to recruit employees through the normal channels if the company was to keep up the momentum in relation to the change. J. Hvidtved Larsen therefore initiated a cooperation with People & Performance to identify and motivate the best in the business and reduce the processing time from initial contact with a candidate to contract signature.

In close cooperation with J. Hvidtved Larsen, People & Performance developed a recruitment strategy linking analysis of critical job factors and success criteria to the overall business strategy. The aim was to create a pragmatic and efficient solution that ensured the company was presented with candidates that matched both competence requirements and company culture.

People & Performance successfully contributed to underpinning the growth strategy in a company owned by a private equity fund by recruiting precisely the candidates that deliver results. J. Hvidtved Larsen has been able to bring the right employees on board within a significantly shorter lead time than if the company had handled the recruitment processes in-house. Furthermore, the process helped the organisation by releasing in-house resources that could be allocated to other strategic tasks, and after a period of successful growth, J. Hvidtved Larsen has just been sold to an industrial company.
