
As a psychology student and intern at People & Performance, I gain deeper insight into the organisational dynamics that influence leadership and employee well-being through my work with and support of our consultants.
I have a strong interest in understanding how organisational well-being and performance can be enhanced through effective leadership and how individual factors and interpersonal dynamics within an organisation contribute in different ways. My goal is to help create a work environment where both employees and leaders can thrive and develop.
I look forward to my internship at People & Performance, where I will have the opportunity to further build on the knowledge I have gained through my psychology studies by engaging in a variety of tasks.
