Nathalie Bruun Kjeldbjerg

As an HR Assistant at People and Performance, I have the opportunity to experience what I am being taught during the Cand.Merc. Organization, Strategy and Leadership from Aalborg University Business School. I have a keen interest in psychology, the numerous possibilities within management and the effective organization. Additionally, I have gained a lot of knowledge from my bachelor’s degree in business economics and psychology from Copenhagen Business School, where employee motivation – or the lack thereof – was the focus during my bachelor project.

I am looking forward to trying out a role as a HR assistant in the back office with various HR-related tasks at People & Performance. Whereas I have experience primarily from more frontline roles, such as Junior Career Consultant at IDA and as a volunteer instructor and teamguide at DDS.
