As an intern at People & Performance, I have the opportunity to gain insight into the life as a management consultant and to gain an understanding of the underlying processes and activities.

I have a keen interest in the field of management, particularly with an interest in change management. This is also supported by my academic background within strategy, organisation and leadership, which captures the fields that I find particularly interesting and aim to work with. Hence, this internship period at People & Performance gives me the opportunity to gain practical experience, which complements my theoretical background.
