With over 25 years of diverse experience I began as a senior operations executive in the automotive industry across Europe and Brazil, I transitioned into executive coaching and facilitation, focusing on developing high-performance individuals and teams while driving organizational change.

My approach blends technical expertise with business savvy, honing leadership skills and integrating strategic elements like processes, governance, and culture. I specialize in management, leadership, and personnel development through facilitation and coaching sessions, prioritizing soft skills like emotional intelligence, resilience, collaboration, and communication.

Based in Brazil with a global perspective gained from living, working, and studying across Europe, Latin America, and the USA, I thrive in dynamic environments and embrace change. Committed to continuous learning, I hold a Mechanical Engineering degree and completed the Senior Management Program at INSEAD. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and certified as a Senior Practitioner and Team Coach Practitioner by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
