LM Wind Power wanted to change the culture at the company\u2019s 13 factories around the world. LM Wind Power knew that changing the culture at the factories would strengthen execution, reduce production times and increase quality at the frontline.<\/p>\n
In close cooperation with LM Wind Power, People & Performance identified a need to change the culture through leadership at the factories and the need for local anchoring of the culture change. People & Performance and LM Wind Power developed a global leadership development programme focusing on team leads.<\/p>\n
The programme was based on a train-the-trainer concept, which means that in-house LM Wind Power employees were trained in implementing the programme and promoting local anchoring. The leadership development programme integrates LM Wind Power\u2019s values and tools, comprising among other things values-based leadership, change leadership and development of high-performing teams.<\/p>\n
The leadership development programme was implemented at all 13 factories where culture is changed through leadership, which will ultimately result in reduced production times, improved quality and thus increased earnings.<\/p>\n
