The programme contains various modules where the keys within, among other things, operational management and Business Development are in focus.<\/h3>\n<p>Concerning the cooperation with People &amp; Performance, Annemette Jepsen, COO, Global Business Support i Unifeeder states:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWhen we decided to launch our Academy, it was important for us that it was tailored to us, representing our values, and build on our business model. People &amp; Performance did a thorough pre-work interviewing key stakeholders in the company. Based on that, they developed a programme design, which we subsequently finalised together. They were responsive and flexible when we wanted changes. We ended up with a programme combining Unifeeder\u2019s character and values with People &amp; Performance\u2019s experience in learning design.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Annemette epsen says the following about the business outcome of the process:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOur Academy has contributed to our organisational cohesiveness. It has given our specialists and key people a shared understanding of what we stand for and of our vital operating principles. It has provided concrete tools for leading and developing both the business and our employees.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Annemette Jepsen concludes:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI recommend People &amp; Performance.
