Furthermore, there is a need for all leaders to be equipped to lead effectively in a global matrix organization.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_1 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_animated et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h4>Interim HR manager as support on the growth journey<\/h4>\n<p>To support Danhydra on their growth journey, Anni Vind Frandsen, partner in People &amp; Performance, has, in a period, taken on the role as interim HR manager.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAnni has a really good understanding of the interface between HR and the business. In addition, the leaders have also spent time learning to understanding their own strengths and challenges in the leadership role and how they can each make each other better in the team.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe have gained an increased awareness of who we each are on a personal level, but also in relation to each other on the team. Which profiles are we? And what should we, as a team, pay extra attention to?
