To me, recruitment is about creating even better business results by choosing the candidates that can deliver in a specific position. That is why it is important to me to understand the business in terms of strategy, market conditions and culture in order to “hunt” for the candidates that will deliver the most value towards the business strategy.

What is characteristic about me and my approach is that I am accessible to both our customers and the candidates. In a dialogue with me you will experience both wit and humour. I am driven by results as well as by the “process leading to the results”.
