"It motivates me to deliver value to companies, by applying my knowledge of data analysis combined with my insights into human behaviour."

Human behaviour and the driving forces behind change in behavioural patterns fascinate me. Specifically, my interest lies in how I can turn data into information, and information into insights about human needs and processes. These insights can be used to map and predict what drives markets, customers and employees, which can help companies create a clear focus, and allocate their resources appropriately.

At People & Performance, my goal is to use data analysis as a mean to provide useful insights, so companies can make informed strategic decisions. Challenging status quo is essential for progress, and I believe data analysis is a powerful explorative tool when it comes to asking the right questions.

"Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted."

- Albert Einstein

Knowing when to apply the right kind of analysis, and when data analysis is insufficient, is essential in my line of work. To maintain an overview, I work in a structured manner, which in turn allows me to know when my results are relevant to each independent stakeholder. It motivates me to deliver value to companies, by applying my knowledge of data analysis combined with my insights into human behaviour.
