My focus is to ensure progress for businesses and organisations through the translation of insights into relevant and effective efforts and activities – "conversion to action". In my perspective, the corner stone of development and strategic initiatives is a thorough understanding of needs and the origin of specific approaches.

What drives me is to create the right insight to build a bridge between management and employees or to develop the relationship between companies and their markets. It is crucial for me to transform data and information into actions that improve the performance of the company thus creating the foundation on which the business can thrive in the long term. Therefore, I always focus on what links activities and employee/leadership behaviour and competences.

At People & Performance, I am Head of Business Research, and my job is to provide the right data material for our other business areas – be it business and organisational development, leadership development or sales development. I have vast experience designing and executing all kinds of internal and external analyses and surveys - from short performance measurements to extensive and continuous projects. I am motivated by procuring and presenting vital knowledge that can help our customers make complex decisions and create progress and development.
