I am inspired by the fact that through my work as a Recruitment Consultant I help to develop companies by finding the optimal match between company and employee.
To my way of thinking, recruitment is not only about helping companies to employ someone new but also about finding the employee who will add most value to the company. Success for me is finding the match that adds value to both parties, by sparring with the companies and the candidates, and by using analyses and my intuition.
