I am motivated by identifying the levers that affect the key performance dynamics, and transforming it into operational interventions that mobilise an organisation to raise performance. 
As CEO, I am keen to ensure that we develop our qualifications and methodologies in a strategic way. Hence, I personally invest a significant amount of my time in doctoral research into the linkage between leadership and business performance. 

This research, conducted in the framework of the Henley Business School DBA and with a consortium of international companies, allows us be at the forefront of business-focused leadership development.
To put it briefly, I am dedicated to our research-based advisory services which allow us to develop and deliver sharp, practical and customised content with a direct business impact.
