Beth Jenson is a leadership consultant, executive coach (ICF-PCC), and psychotherapist with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations strengthen leadership, improve performance, and build healthy, resilient cultures.

With a background in both psychology and corporate environments, Beth brings a practical, evidence-based approach to leadership development. She has delivered hundreds of workshops and logged more than 15,000 hours of client work across industries, supporting leaders and teams in navigating complexity, improving communication, and driving sustainable performance.

Beth specializes in leadership capability, organizational health, and employee wellbeing. Her approach combines psychological insight with clear, actionable guidance—helping leaders build clarity, strengthen relationships, and solve challenges with precision. She has particular expertise in working with technical professionals and neurodiverse talent, ensuring inclusive and high-performing environments.
