I am dedicated to guiding leaders, helping them to embrace authenticity while cultivating greater self-awareness and emotional maturity. This, in turn, fosters a culture of followership and drives exceptional performance.
I am a qualified coach from Henley Business School and hold the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, ICF ACC.
