Beth Jenson

Denmark

I am a leadership consultant, executive coach (ICF-PCC) and psychotherapist. For more than 15 years, I have helped organisations strengthen leadership, improve performance and build healthy, resilient cultures.

My background spans both psychology and business. I have worked in HR, project management and product management in international companies, and I have completed more than 15,000 hours of client work and facilitated hundreds of workshops across industries.

My focus is on leadership capabilities, organisational wellbeing and employee wellbeing. I combine psychological insight with clear, actionable recommendations, so leaders gain clarity, stronger relationships and solutions they can use in their day-to-day work. I have particular experience working with technical specialists and neurodivergent talent – and with creating workplaces that are both inclusive and high-performing.

I have taught executive coaching at Henley Business School and designed programmes focused on engagement, resilience and effective leadership.
