As an intern at People & Performance, I contribute to a variety of tasks related to consulting work and HR. As a psychology student, I apply my knowledge of the psychological processes underlying learning and development in organizations. At the same time, the internship provides me with insight into how leadership development, coaching, and personality assessment are applied in professional consulting practice.
My previous experience as an Operations Coordinator in a company providing psychological services has equipped me with experience in a range of operational and administrative tasks, which I draw on in my current internship.
