With a strong passion for leadership development, I have built deep expertise in management, organisational change, and leadership development within large technology-driven organisations.
I believe in helping people become stronger versions of themselves – discovering their strengths and capabilities to create high-performing teams and organisations. The question “Why should anyone be led by you?” is at the heart of leadership development, and answering it requires courage and deep personal reflection.
