With over 25 years of experience in HR, training, and development, I have worked both as an internal HR specialist and as an external consultant, coach, and trainer. Since 2007, I have been delivering leadership development programmes, coaching, and training courses to organisations across various industries – including unique leadership workshops that incorporate horses into the learning process.
Earlier in my career, I held roles as an HRM specialist, Project Manager, and internal trainer in both international and Polish companies, where I was responsible for development programmes, recruitment and selection, employee appraisal systems, and international training projects.
I am a certified ICC coach, FRIS trainer, Positive Discipline Educator, Agile Profile Coach, and NLP Practitioner. In addition, I have been a certified English translator since 1999 and run my own translation business.
