As an intern at People & Performance, I bring my academic knowledge from psychology into practice, with a particular focus on work and organisational psychology. I work on tasks within consulting and HR and gain experience in areas such as leadership development, coaching, and the use of personality profiles.
I am particularly interested in how psychological knowledge can be translated into practice and contribute to the development of individuals, teams, and organisations. In my bachelor’s project, I explored how cultural intelligence can strengthen collaboration in multicultural teams, which further developed my interest in the interplay between people, culture, and organisations.
I am motivated by working closely with practice and by creating strong conditions for learning, dialogue, and development. Through previous experience with facilitation, communication, and collaboration with different people, I have developed a structured, curious, and approachable way of working, which I bring with me in my role at People & Performance.
