Before we begin your executive coaching program, we will work together to identify the specific needs of both your leadership and your business.

Business coaching track

6 sessions either face-to-face or virtual.

This business transformation program begins with intensity and a high frequency, with two sessions per month, as well as the involvement of your immediate leader. We continue to engage your immediate leader through monthly follow-ups to ensure progress and results.

Additionally, we incorporate insights from your personality profile (Hogan Personality Assessment or DiSC).

Our approach is systematic and structured, ensuring that business transformation and individual behavioral change go hand in hand. Practiced leadership behavior becomes a key lever in driving a successful business transformation. We guide you in measuring the results of this program, using parameters such as:

  • Business transformation and individual behavioral change as observed by your immediate leader
  • Your own perception of progress in your development process
  • Relevant business metrics defined for the transformation

EUR XXX for 6 sessions

Fleksibelt Coaching Track

You agree the adequate number of sessions with the coach either face-to-face or virtual.

A coaching process with People & Performance is tailored to you as an individual and the business you lead — your strengths, challenges, the themes you want to explore, and the context in which you lead.

Together, we design the process and agree upfront on your goals, why they matter, and the role you want the coach to play. In each session, we focus on the themes most relevant to you at that moment, the insights you aim to gain, and how you can apply those insights in your personal leadership. We guide you, building on the belief that you have the resources to enact the strategy we develop together.
