This business transformation track begins with intensity and high frequency, featuring two sessions per month and the involvement of your immediate manager. We continue engaging your immediate manager through monthly check-ins to ensure progress and results.
Our approach is systematic and structured, ensuring that business transformation and individual behavioral change go hand in hand. Additionally, we incorporate insights from your personality profile. Practiced leadership behavior becomes a key lever for driving successful business transformation.

Transition Coaching track

Have you just been appointed to a new and more senior leadership role? Is it essential to quickly get up to speed and perform in your new job? Or are there leadership challenges you need help with getting your hands around? The Transition Coaching track is based on you, your leadership role and the context in which you lead. The aim is to accelerate your performance. We tailor a process with you and help you with concrete and practical tools you can use immediately. We share our knowledge and experience from similar situations and support you to become successful in your new role. We recommend that we involve your immediate manager.
