The internship not only offers me professional development but also the opportunity to work closely with experienced consultants and gain direct access to the practical knowledge and methods that create value for both clients and organizations.

I am studying a Master’s in Human Resource Management at the University of Southern Denmark in Odense and am currently in my third semester.
Drawing on my previous role as a business manager, I have gained a fundamental understanding of leadership and business operations,
which I now look forward to building on through my internship at People & Performance
— particularly with a focus on deepening my insights into HR disciplines and experiencing the consultants’ expertise in practice.
