
As an intern at People & Performance, I have the opportunity to bridge the gap between theory and practice, applying my academic knowledge to generate concrete insights within the fields of leadership and organizational development.
As a Master’s student in Educational Science, I have a particular interest in how organizations evolve through learning, culture, and leadership practices. With my interdisciplinary background, I combine a focus on both human and structural dimensions – and I am especially engaged in how leadership can promote well-being and psychological safety in complex organizational settings.
At People & Performance, I contribute with a reflective and curious approach to tasks, and I am motivated by being part of a strong professional environment where I gain valuable insight into the role of the consultant.
