Danni Pharao Munk

For 14 years, I served as an officer in the military, where I contributed to the education and development of managers and middle managers. In addition to my officer training, I hold an Executive MBA from DTU, with a focus on innovation and business management.

Furthermore, I have experience in the medical industry as Head of Operations, overseeing two brands across four countries, with a strong emphasis on improving efficiency and employee well-being. In this role, I was responsible for personnel management, business development, process optimisation, customer relations, and support for major key accounts.

I view management as a professional discipline in its own right. For some, leadership is an innate ability to unite people around a shared task; for others, it is a skill that can be developed by fostering an understanding of what genuinely motivates and inspires each individual within a team to take ownership of collective problem-solving.

I also have experience in the start-up environment, having co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of a company that developed innovative new technology for the defence industry, with a particular focus on environmental sustainability.

Today, I draw on my broad experience to support and develop the potential of our clients.
