As a psychology student and student assistant at People & Performance, I have the opportunity to explore various aspects of leadership and organizational development by providing support to our consultants and receiving ongoing feedback from them. I have an interest in understanding how psychological factors influence managerial approaches and individual development. I believe that a holistic approach, incorporating both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, is the key to creating meaningful changes in organizations and individuals’ professional development.

My approach is characterized by an open and reflective attitude, and I thrive on exploring the various aspects that can impact an individual’s development within an organization, from individual factors to interpersonal dynamics.
