As an HR assistant and intern at People & Performance, I have the opportunity to gain a deeper insight into various aspects of leadership development and learning in organizational contexts. As a student in Educational Science, I have worked a lot with organizational learning, leadership and motivation. Through this, I have developed a special interest in the analytical work that contributes to understanding certain organizational contexts, and how these have an impact on the way in which leadership can lead to meaningful organizational changes.
I look forward to my role as HR-Assistant at People & Performance, where through various HR-related tasks I can add a more commercial perspective to the knowledge I have gained through my study in Educational Science.
