I am a leadership and team development senior consultant, passionate trainer, executive and team coach who like to inspire people and teams to learn and change by creating a positive learning environment that fosters rapid, sustained, and results oriented development of skills.

I have an informal approach and I make people feel comfortable to gain insights and share experiences so as they can apply new skills and learnings to their actual reality. I believe people should understand why they need to learn new skills and change behaviour, what they will gain for themselves, for their teams, for their company.

I have extensive experience as a manager and consultant in executive and team coaching, leadership development, change management, management and professional development that spans over twenty-five years both internal and external over a wide array of industries and management levels, both domestic and international. I have facilitated change transformation efforts to thousands of senior leaders, front line managers, individuals, and teams to global companies worldwide.

I am fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish and have a vast experience in developing cross cultural leaders and teams and of working with different cultures and audiences.
