Assessment
As part of the process, you will complete both a Hogan Assessment and a 360-degree 'Leadership Compass' survey – two powerful tools designed to provide insight and direction in your leadership development.
Feedback Sessions 1 to 7
The process begins with an introductory meeting and relevant assessments, followed by seven coaching sessions with an experienced executive coach who supports your development as a leader.
