Jessica Cucco

I am an International Team Facilitator with over 25 years experience, working as a Consultant and Executive Coach specialised in People Management and in topics related to organisational development.

As an independent consultant, I collaborate with many Italian and international companies, universities, management training companies to conduct training needs analyses and design training programmes. My area of expertise is communication skills, team building and intercultural awareness for those in international environments. In addition to training programmes, I, as a coach, work with leaders, teams, and individuals from around the world to yield desired results and insights. Since 2009, I have developed and facilitated programs in Korea, UAE, China, Malaysia, India and France for multinational corporations and expat communities.

I have a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, a Master in NLP Practitioner, a Master in Executive Coaching and a Master in Intercultural Competence in English. Furthermore, I am a Trainer and ICF-Certified Coach specialised in People Management and in issues related to organisational development and the enhancement of talent and differences. I work as a facilitator and team coach in international meetings and work individually as a career development coach. I am also a Six Seconds EQ-certified Assessor and Brain Profile Assessor.
