As an experienced trainer, facilitator, consultant and mentor (and parent!), I have come to believe that successfully leading others begins with personal leadership – the art of self-management. Personal leadership requires awareness, integrity, the courage to act and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Using these principles, I have delivered engaging, dynamic and interactive training to corporations throughout Australia and South-East Asia for the past 35 years, producing leaders who are motivated from within and are excellent decision-makers, skilled communicators and role-models for their teams.
