As HR Coordinator at People & Performance, I work with what I am most passionate about – namely the underlying processes and activities that help form the foundation for an effective learning process that connects business development and leadership.
Overall, my job consists of supporting our consultants and customers with a wide range of tasks related to organizational and leadership development. It gives me the opportunity to add practical knowledge to the theoretical background I have from my master’s degree in Strategy, Organization and Management from Aarhus University.
