Developing and implementing a marketing strategy for Compass Human Resources Group and its subsidiary People & Performance.

I have been part of People & Performance since 2015 in various roles, and marketing has always been a part of my job description. After a brief hiatus in 2019, I rejoined People & Performance in December, and I have since been responsible for the development and coordination of People & Performance’s virtual leadership training.

In January 2021, I resumed the role of Marketing & Digital Manager in both Compass and People & Performance. Since then, my main responsibility has been to build and implement a strong marketing strategy for Compass and People & Performance.
