Danhydra is one of the leading suppliers of technical solutions and equipment in the wind industry. The company has many years of experience in developing, producing, and servicing the global wind industry with innovative equipment and tailor-made solutions.

The company is growing rapidly, and the global organization is being created. Therefore, there is a need to implement several global HR processes at Danhydra, such as recruitment-, onboarding- and performance management processes. Furthermore, there is a need for all leaders to be equipped to lead effectively in a global matrix organization.

Interim HR manager as support on the growth journey

To support Danhydra on their growth journey, Anni Vind Frandsen, partner in People & Performance, has, in a period, taken on the role as interim HR manager.

“Anni has a really good understanding of the interface between HR and the business. She understands the needs of the business, and then she is very good with people,” says Peter Gregersen, CEO of Danhydra.

A strong management team with a focus on collaboration

Part of the leadership development has naturally focused on training in e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development interviews. In addition, the leaders have also spent time learning to understanding their own strengths and challenges in the leadership role and how they can each make each other better in the team.

“We have gained an increased awareness of who we each are on a personal level, but also in relation to each other on the team. Which profiles are we? And what should we, as a team, pay extra attention to? Are we in balance, as individuals and as a team, while we as an organization are growing rapidly?” says Peter Gregersen regarding the challenges of leading an organization in constant change.
